About the Project

Nexovah was tasked with architecting the Consilio Creations platform, moving beyond standard e-commerce into the realm of interactive digital manufacturing. We developed the “Consilio Creator,” a powerful 3D customizer that allows users to modify dimensions, materials, and configurations for items like bookshelves, TV units, shoe racks, and vanities in real-time. By integrating live pricing and over 2 billion possible design combinations, we created a transparent, “zero-friction” path from a digital concept to in-home installation within weeks.

Our Process & Methodology

The project followed Nexovah’s signature quality-assurance pipeline to handle the extreme complexity of a 3D customization engine.

Strategy: We initiated the project with deep-dive consultations to map out the mathematical logic of furniture customization, using FigJam to create intricate user flows that account for trillions of configuration variables.
Design: In Figma, we designed a minimalist yet high-functionality interface that prioritizes the 3D workspace, ensuring that complex tools like drawer placement and material selection remain intuitive for the average user.
Custom Development: To bring this vision to life, we chose a high-performance tech stack of Laravel and React JS supported by a MySQL database. This combination allowed for the rapid rendering of 3D models and instantaneous price calculations, providing a professional app-like experience within the web browser.
Collaboration: A continuous feedback loop was maintained with the Consilio team to ensure the digital designs perfectly matched their manufacturing capabilities and sustainability standards.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was the engineering of the 3D Customizer. Nexovah had to ensure that as a user changed a single dimension—such as height or depth—the entire 3D model, its internal shelf logic, and the final price updated instantly without lag. By balancing this heavy computational backend with a sleek, responsive React-based front-end, we successfully translated complex architectural ideas into a seamless experience that empowers every user to be a designer.

Our thoughtful UI UX design services played a significant role in positioning Wire and Switch as a one-stop shop for all things electrical. The well-designed website enabled them to grow their customer base and improve the sales.
